The World of Technology is moving from CapEx model to OpEx Model. Meaning that Companies are using more and more Technology on Pay As You Go Model, by paying Rentals on the Consumption. All this has been facilitated by Cloud Computing. You get Servers, Security, Software, everything on Pay As You Go Model. One critical piece that was not available in this Model was Cloud PC or Desktop As A Service. People still had to buy Laptops and Desktops. That was a huge initial cost.

Manage Windows 10 devices with Azure Cloud Active Directory

Many Organizations use “Domain Join”  and connect their PCs to Windows Server in order to manage them better . This is a great feature to manage the PCs in a Local Area Network (LAN). However , we are living in a Cloud Era where many applications are being hosted on the Cloud. The good news is that Windows 10 devices have built in support for Azure Cloud AD so that they directly authenticate to the Cloud based Azure AD .

Why Upgrade to Windows 10

 

Windows 10 is having some great momentum . Close to 100 million devices are already on Windows 10. However , there are many people out there who have not yet upgraded although they qualify for the free upgrade . Since the upgrade offer is valid till July 28, 2016 , I strongly suggest that they should upgrade.

Windows 10 was off to a flying start when it was launched on July 29 , 2015 at its Worldwide launch. Within 24 hours , it was setup on more than 14 million PCs.
